Our cohort-based study aims to reduce individual insulin resistance in a group setting by making simple, practical lifestyle changes

(Ingredients: Turmeric, ginger, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, water and sweeteners),  
Daily consumption: Minimum 2 times per day

• HIIT Exercise Plan

15-minute program to be done 3 times per week - 45 minutes in total (Step-ups, somo squat, mountain climbers, burpees, squat jump, inch worm, alternating lunges, high knees)

• Snacking Regulation Plan

(Restricting timeframe and nature of snacking)
