📦 Order the sample collection kit online

You can order your blood collection kit online and there is no need for an appointment. The kit will arrive at address you provide.

STEP 2

🩸 Collect the your sample anytime, anywhere

You can collect your blood sample anywhere without needing any lab visits. The simple finger stick blood test is easy to use and virtually painless.

Warming your hands (e.g. soaking in warm water, rubbing, or sitting on them briefly) upfront would be a good practice in reducing the finger-prick pain.

STEP 3

📈 Send the sample to our lab for analysis

Mail your sample back to our lab using the provided envelope and prepaid label.

Use the biosampling return envelope provided, and please ensure the envelope is sealed as described.

STEP 4

✅ Get your results

You will receive your insulin resistance measurement and interpretation within 5 days of sample receipt. Your wellness coach will provide you insights and recommendations based on your test results.
